The goal of the RILA Career Mentorship Program is to provide encouragement, support and guidance to early and mid-career library staff to promote their professional development and growth. A mentor is a mid-to-late career (with five or more years of professional experience) library staff-person who listens and provides guidance to library staff at the start of their careers. Both early-career and experienced library staff can learn from each other’s perspectives and experiences. Please consider joining the RILA Mentorship Program and make a difference in a colleague's professional life! Click here to fill out the Mentor Application. | What Are the Benefits?
