SLRI Awards - Southern New England Rosen Award

The Southern New England Rosen School Librarian of the Month Award is an award that recognizes SLRI members who have developed a powerful lesson, program or collaboration that empowers student learning and showcases what is happening in school libraries across our state.

Submission Guidelines:

  • SLRI members may nominate their own program or may nominate another SLRI member. Nominators and nominees must be members of SLRI in good standing.

  • Rolling applications are open.  Winners will be selected in March, June and December. 

  • Only one set of Rosen books per school will be awarded per award year.

  • A Library Media Specialist may be featured multiple times, winning multiple book collections, but only one award will be given per school.
